YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and execute sales strategy for the modern trade channel;
  • Develop and execute Accounts Success Plans;
  • Drive local implementation of eCommerce strategy within channel;
  • Steer and drive local execution of commercial excellence roadmap;
  • Drive Category Management strategy and implementation with focus on building strong and long-term relationships with customers;
  • Provide regular input into local S&OP process to ensure sufficient capacity to meet ongoing market requirements;
  • Contiuously hire, mentor and coache the KAM team;
  • Drive sustainable people development and succession management – creates a highly motivated and skilled team;
  • Drive culture – creates and shapes an innovative, collaborative and inspiring working culture.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor degree required, Master Degree desirable.
  • Required +5 years experience in Sales and experience in marketing is a plus.
  • Relevant experience in modern channel sales is required
  • Relevant industry / consumer experience
  • Leadership Experience is required
  • Advanced to fluent English mandatory
  • Spanish is desirable;
  • High analytical profile;
  • Great communication skills and and team collaboration;
