YOUR ROLE

• Detailed preparation and delivery of training activities agreed with PPS Manager and Sales Area Manager based on the Activity Plan to:
  
• Existing and selected potential customers in salon and stage work
  
• Implementation of the defined Sales support activities such as Product portfolio presentation in NCA process
  
• Improve and increase brand distribution and penetration
  
• Presentation of new products in launches and re-launches
  
• Inform Sales Reps about sales opportunities within customers
  
• Image & company presentation 
  
• Technical complaints & problem-handling hotline
  
• Sales & employee training
  
• Competitor information on products based on testing & knowledge

YOUR SKILLS

• At least 3 years experiences in Beauty care industry
  
• Hairdressing/technical background beneficial
  
• Public speaking/presentation skills beneficial
  
• Communication skills
  
• Organizational skills/time management training
  
• Computer skills
  
• Business and sales orientated
  
• Commercial skills
