YOUR ROLE
- To manage client relationships,work as business partner to translate A demands into HR solutions
- Focus on the talent and organizational development and Ensure consistency with organization standards
- To be responsible for the activities on key talent identification, retaining and development, and also the organizational design and input HR solutions
- To drive and lead Adhesives Japan HR process simplification and standardization with effective implementation and other HR activities on performance management, salary review, etc.
- To drive and support Adhesives HRBP to conduct employee communication, coaching and leading Adhesives leadership and management team on problem employee treatment, minimize labor dispute potential by professional HR service and guidance providing.
- To initiate Adhesives Japan HR projects and support team for planning and implementation, including but not limited Organizational transformation, MFO etc.
YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Not limited to but prefer Chemical Industry experience
- Must have majored in HR Mgmt/Engineering/Economic or other related majors
- Experience in working with SAP is preferred
- Business level English/Japanese
