YOUR ROLE

• Daily cooperation with colleagues (native speakers) from the Front-office, Sales and Key Account Management departments in the supported local country
• Taking steps to ensure that customers receive their ordered goods in time and in desired quantity
  
• Pricing related processes
  
• Interaction with Customer service from respective countries in order to solve queries and issues related to customer Master Data
  
• Customer Master Data maintenance in SAP system (general data of the customer, bank data, sales related data)
  
• Quality check of maintained data in SAP database (strong focus on details)

• Active knowledge of English language
• Customer orientation, performance motivation
• A self-starter who takes initiative
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Accuracy, attention to detail and flexibility
• Communication and interpersonal skills
