YOUR ROLE

• Drive innovations in packaging and small electrical devices with sustainability at heart 
• Design and qualify packaging materials, technologies and small electrical devices 
• Ensure target achievements of performance, quality, sustainability and cost requirements
• Collaborate effectively with internal & external stakeholders, suppliers, start-ups and innovation partners
• Ensure that all packaging and new devices meet international safety & health standards, recycling requirements and regulations
• Connect with customers and generate consumer insights through various platforms

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Packaging Engineering or similar
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in the field of packaging, preferable including knowledge in qualification of small electrical devices
• Knowledge and experience of the main packaging technologies, especially plastic processing
• Track record of establishing projects resulting in successful product launches, preferable with international scope
• Analytical, result-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset (operational and business-oriented)
• Strong networking and intercultural skills, willingness to perform within an international organization
• Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
