YOUR ROLE
- Fulfill all SAP and administrative tasks related to manual and electronic order entry.
- Credit & debit note management
- Supporting in customer and pricing master data
- Delivery notes creation and reporting to the management
- Solution for all type of claims.
YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Must have a full overview and understanding of the order-to-cash (OTC) transactions in SAP
- Customer orientation, performance motivation
- Good communication skills within all levels of the organization
