YOUR ROLE

  • Leads, coaches, trains, supports, and mentors team of Territory Sales Engineers to increase sell through of key initiatives, new launches and promotions based on our Sales and Distribution Excellence programs and achieves our financial and strategic goals
  • Responsible for sales and margin growth, systematic development and forecasting of his team's territory by customer and by channel for the General Manufacturing and Maintenance industries
  • Executes as well as contributes to the development of global/regional/local Sales and Marketing plans in line with strategies & tactics and sets SMART Objectives and Key Results to achieve them
  • Supports the regional x-functional internal and customer facing departments by sharing market and business insights as well as implementation of global/regional initiatives by the means of e.g. meetings, data generation, project management, expert interviews
  • Responsible for hiring, onboarding, and training new territory sales engineers

YOUR SKILLS

We are looking for people who make it happen, who enjoy innovation and are interested in further development.

  • Degree (or equivalent) qualified in engineering/science discipline or Business with experience in the adhesive/manufacturing industry.
  • Passion for people development with previous people management experience
  • Strong business acumen and adaptability, to identify opportunities and generate value.
  • Enthusiastic leader who thrives in motivating and developing his/her team. 
  • High self-motivation, good organisational skills, and the ability to prioritize workload and lead the sales forecasts.
  • Methodical and analytical problem-solving approach
  • IT literacy and affinity to learn & work with digital tools
  • Fluent English and French essential, Dutch an advantage
