•Analytical testing of raw materials, batch samples and finished goods by following established test methods and Standard Operating Procedures
•Complete written documentation and enter data into computer
•Execute actions to control Non-conforming Products through NCMR Process in SAP
•Enter quality test and production results into the SAP ERP system
•Work with all quality techs in the operation of QC functions on all shifts
•Demonstrated leadership; able to mentor team members
•Perform calibration and preventative maintenance on lab equipment
•Collaborate on projects including but not limited to internal audits, Gage R&Rs, MSA studies, etc.
•Focus on accuracy and attention to detail
•Must be able to work a schedule of Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
•High school diploma or GED required; Associates or BS degree in a science discipline preferred
•Must be dependable, punctual, self-motivated, and independent, requiring minimal supervision
•2 years of current or recent experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment
•Knowledge of laboratory, mixing, and testing equipment and basic chemistry
•Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
•Basic math skills
•Good communication written and verbal skills
•Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organization skills
•Computer literate, proficient in MS Office, Lotus Notes, and SAP
•Excellent communication of technical topics to different groups
•Good analytical and problem-solving skills
