Customer Operations Management Specialist (m/f)

  • Dealing with customer's queries, daily communicate with stakeholders as other departments as SSC Accounts receivables,SSC Customer master data
  • Customer services support 
  • Handling customers complaints mostly received by internal CCT tool, processing cases in internal FSCM tool
  •  we are creating reports for local countries for stuck deliveries and invoices, and reports of deductions pending for processing from local country. 
  • Daily communication with Local countries to support them in the customer service activities


  • Reliable person who is willing to learn solution process of customer queries for local customer services department.
  • Person with strong personal profile as stress resistant, quick learner, hard working person with ability to adapt in the stable team of 6 people
  • Multitasking person to cover also back up structure in the team and support other businesses when needed 
  • English language on B2-C1 level

Minimum salary: 1100 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
