YOUR ROLE

  • Support in working out mid term category plan including portfolio management, new products introductions and promotional activations
  • Manage & control assigned marketing budget
  • Support in preparing, aligning & executing local activation plan for assigned brands
  • Support in working out & executing marketing mix implementation on local market
  • Prepare strategic recommendations for brands and categories (taking into consideration internal and external perspective) based on available data sources
  • Monitor, report and improve future actions based on available KPI’s (market shares, sales performance, tracking of innovations and media campaigns, portfolio reviews, budget follow-up and reporting)
  • Co-operate both with local management but also with CEE headquarter to achieve common goals

YOUR SKILLS

  • Experience in marketing (ideally consumer marketing & trade marketing)
  • Master degree (ideally with sales/marketing/economics focus)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and drive
  • Passionate marketeer that loves having impact on reality
  • Team-player that likes working in diverse teams
